Bill Rohde solicited my business because I flew a Piaggio Avanti that's based at CRQ. So we talked over lunch one day and he explained how Crownair was serious about working on Piaggio's. I told him I would give Crownair a chance. A few weeks later after a couple of flights the aircraft's autopilot and TCAS systems were malfunctioning, so I contacted Art Muro and he introduced me to Avionics Manager Bill Ambrosecchia. He listened to me and had the aircraft towed over and they started trouble shooting the problems. Once he found out what they were Bill gave me choices on how much and how quick to repair it. And always an email at the end of the work day which was a nice touch to keep me updated, so I could tell the Boss. All through the repair process all the Crownair personnel were professional and helpful they won me and my Boss over. Thanks Crownair for a job well done.
